Adopted as a basis the Draft Law No. 4147 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Functioning of the National Qualifications System".
The purpose of the bill is to stimulate the development of the national qualifications system.
The draft law is aimed at legislative definition of partial qualification, establishment of modern requirements for professional knowledge and skills of employees, elimination of conflicts between professional standards and qualification characteristics, certain issues of development, approval and implementation of professional standards, creation and maintenance of the Register of types of occupations (professions) and qualifications, activities of Sectoral Councils for the development of professional standards, as well as regulation of related provisions of the legislation on the functions of the National Qualifications Agency.
The draft law is proposed to make appropriate changes to the Labor Code of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine "On Remuneration", "On Education", "On Employment".
