Adopted as a basis the draft law No. 5094 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine to Improve Legislation in the Field of Outdoor Advertising".
The purpose of the bill is to create favorable legal conditions for the improvement of settlements and their business environment, the establishment of transparent public relations, balancing the interests of businesses, authorities and citizens through a comprehensive legislative regulation of issues related to outdoor advertising.
The Law "On Advertising", adopted in 1996, did not provide for all the features of the advertising sector, in particular, the field of outdoor advertising. Therefore, the adoption of the bill is due to the need to resolve existing problems and create legal preconditions for the modernization of outdoor advertising, favorable conditions for doing business in this area, balancing the interests of businesses, authorities and citizens in outdoor advertising.
