Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 4634 "On Amendments to Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on Strengthening Liability for Official Negligence, if it Caused the Death".
The bill proposes to increase criminal liability for negligence if it caused the death of a person.
The draft law proposes to supplement the Article 367 "Official Negligence" of the Criminal Code with part three, which provides for criminal liability for the act specified in part one of this article, if it caused the death of a person.
