Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 3901 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On Motor Roads'".
The law brings certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Motor Roads", which contain references to the laws of Ukraine "On Concessions", "On Concessions for Construction and Operation of Motor Roads", in accordance with the laws of Ukraine "On Concession", "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Reforming the Public Highway Management System" and "On Local State Administrations" by making appropriate changes.
