Adopted as a basis the Draft Law No. 3124 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On Childhood Protection' to Ensure an Effective Mechanism for Providing State Assistance to Families with Children".
The draft Law proposes not to include in the average monthly total family income when calculating the amount of income that gives the right to social tax benefits for housing and communal services and free medicines for large families, accrued social benefits per child: pregnancy and childbirth assistance; childbirth assistance; assistance for children of single mothers (parents); assistance for children under guardianship or custody, etc.
