Adopted as a basis the Draft Law No. 5205 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On Theaters and Theater Business' to create additional conditions to ensure the professional development of creative workers of theaters".
The draft Law aims to create additional preconditions for the professional development of artistic staff of the theater by providing the opportunity to use creative leave to conduct creative activities outside the main place of work.
