Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 2415 “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges’ in Connection with the Adoption of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Intelligence’”.
The law is aimed at improving the legal framework for ensuring that the intelligence agencies of Ukraine conduct intelligence activities, which are carried out on the basis of a court decision.
The law amends the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges", which provides for clarifying the procedure for recording the course of the trial by technical means
