Adopted the Resolution No. 5243 “On the Creation of a Temporary Investigation Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Investigate Possible Illegal Actions of Representatives of State Authorities and other Persons which Facilitated the Violation of State Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity and Threatened the National Interests and Security of Ukraine”.
According to the Resolution, the main task of the Temporary Investigation Commission is to investigate the facts of possible assistance by representatives of state authorities of Ukraine and other persons to the aggressor state in illegal activities against the foundations of national security of Ukraine, identifying threats to the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability, defense capabilities, state economic or information security of Ukraine, as well as taking measures to prevent such threats.
