The Committee on State Building, Local Governance, Regional and Urban Development considered and approved the Recommendations of the round table on the topic: "Reforming the system of architectural and construction control in Ukraine".
The Chairman of the Committee Andriy Klochko noted that the concepts of reforming the system of architectural and construction control in Ukraine, the powers of local governments to carry out architectural and construction control and supervision, existing corruption risks in the field of urban planning and strengthening liability for violations in this area were discussed during the meeting.
Following the round table, the Committee was recommended to establish the Working Group to finalize the draft Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Reforming State Regulation in the Field of Urban Development".
The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development is invited to join the discussion and finalization of the draft Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Reforming State Regulation in the Field of Urban Development" within the framework of the established Working Group.
