Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 4212 “On Amending Article 22 Of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Advertising’ Regarding Advertising for Electronic Cigarettes and Liquids Used in Electronic Cigarettes”.
The authors of the bill, guided by the priority of ensuring the health of the nation, given the lack of alternative solutions, propose to ban the advertising of e-cigarettes and liquids used in e-cigarettes. The draft Law proposes to amend article 22 of the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” in terms of extending its effect to electronic cigarettes and liquids used in electronic cigarettes.
