The Law of Ukraine No. 4644-d “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine on Temporary Release of Customs Clearance of Translation Transmission”.
The law regulates the issues of customs clearance of vehicles, ensuring compliance with customs rules when moving vehicles in the customs regimes of temporary import and transit, as well as taking into account the interests of all segments of the population in addressing this issue.
Implementation of the Law will ensure the settlement of the issue of customs clearance of vehicles, and taking into account the interests of all segments of the population in resolving this issue, will ensure compliance with customs rules when moving vehicles in customs regimes of temporary import and transit.
