Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5197-2 “On Amending Appendices No. 3 And No. 4 to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021’ to Support the Activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine”. The purpose of the Law is to regulate the issue of financial support from the state budget for the implementation of its functions by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In the Law no. 5197-2 proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021”, which determines the budget allocations to the newly formed Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food through the redistribution of funds between the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Environment. Thus, the legislative proposal does not provide for an increase in total state budget expenditures, as it is proposed to determine the budget allocations of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food by redistributing state budget expenditures within the expenditures provided by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Environment.
