Adopted as a basis the Draft Law No. 4533 “On the Constitutional Procedure”. The draft law proposes to adopt a separate law to determine the procedure for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to exercise its powers during the consideration of cases of constitutional jurisdiction, the grounds and procedure for appealing to it, the procedure for considering cases, ruling and executing its decisions, providing conclusions.
The draft law also amends the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code, the laws of Ukraine “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, “On Civil Service”, “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.
