Chairperson of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Oleksandr Merezhko received with courtesy Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ukraine Davlatali Nazrizoda

During the conversation, Chairperson of the Committee O. Merezhko congratulated Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ukraine D. Nazrizoda on the beginning of the diplomatic mission in Ukraine.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation, ways to intensify cooperation in the fields of energy and education, prospects for strengthening trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation and the opening of direct flights. The interlocutors paid special attention to the development of inter-parliamentary dialogue, in particular, the possibility of organizing meetings between two parliamentary groups on inter-parliamentary relations by video conference.
