The Law of Ukraine No. 3450 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Regulation of Certain Issues of Protection of Whistleblowers” amends the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", which provides for the creation of a legal basis for the implementation of whistleblower reports through the Single portal of notifications for proper and high-quality regulation of the procedure for reviewing reports of corruption. The law sets the amount of remuneration, the rules for reporting about corruption. It is stipulated that reports from whistleblowers should be received through special channels and considered in the manner prescribed by the Law. Confirmation or non-confirmation of the status of the whistleblower is carried out by the subject of consideration of the message on possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses.
