The Law of Ukraine No. 3987 “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Enter Information on the State Border of Ukraine in the Land Cadaster of Ukraine” establishes the procedure for entering information and particularizes the information on the State Border of Ukraine which is to be entered in the State Land Cadaster. The Law also allows entering in the SLC of information on the State Border of Ukraine in accordance with the approved documents on the demarcation (redemarcation, delimitation) of the State Border of Ukraine and brings the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine powers in the Law of Ukraine “On Land Management” in compliance with Article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
