Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Parliamentary Service”

The law proposes to define the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the parliamentary service and the legal status of parliamentary employees.
 The draft law No. 4530 proposes to define “parliamentary service is a service of a special nature, which consists in the professional activity of parliamentary employees related to legal, scientific-expert, research-analytical, documentary, organizational, informational, financial, logistical and other support of the Verkhovna Rada as the only body of legislative power in Ukraine and its bodies, people's deputies of Ukraine and deputy factions (deputy groups) in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.”
The draft law consists of ten sections, which define the general principles of the parliamentary service, the components of its management system, the peculiarities of joining the parliamentary service, career and disciplinary responsibility of parliamentary civil servants, issues of financial support of the parliamentary service, features of the parliamentary patronage service and the official activities of parliamentary employees who perform service functions, etc.
