Adopted as a basis the draft law No. 3931 “On Amending the Code of Ukraine On Administrative Offenses to Establish Liability for Interference with The Conduct of Audits for Technogenic and Fire Safety”. The draft Law creates conditions for resolving problems in situations when institutions/organizations do not allow fire inspectors to enter premises for inspecting the state of fire safety.
A separate Article of the bill establishes administrative liability for creating obstacles to the activities of officials of the central executive body in charge of state oversight in the sphere of technogenic and fire safety, in particular pertaining to the conduct of audits; also, the bill allows police officers and officials to draw up protocols and courts to consider such cases; police officers will be empowered to perform administrative detention to identify the perpetrator.
