  • Committee on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories in Donetsk, Luhansk Regions and Autonomous Republic of Crimea, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations

The committee elaborated and registered the bill No.3713 that enables residents of the temporarily occupied Crimea to administratively obtain Ukrainian-standard birth certificates, without drawn-out recourse to law.

Among other things, this new simplified procedure will materially relieve Ukraine's judicial system and show people in the occupied territories that Ukraine is interested in their reintegration and common future.

  • Committee on Law Enforcement

At its 17 June sitting, the committee considered the bills Nos.3010, 3010-1 on private detective activities.

Draftsmen of the bills substantiated their adoption by the need to legislate private detective practices aimed at protecting personal and property rights of individuals and legal entities - subjects of private law. Adoption of the bill will allow these activities to be legislatively put under proper state control.
