The Verkhovna Rada Chairman D.Razumkov has
signed the executive order “On convening an extraordinary plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada
of Ukraine of the ninth convocation”.
The event is
called on account of the President V.Zelenskyi’s demand and in accordance with
part eight of Article 19 of the Verkhovna Rada’s rules of procedure. The
meeting in question is to take place at 1 pm on April 16, 2020.
The agenda of the extra sitting is as follows:

draft Law of Ukraine “On the ratification of the E5P Fund Grant Agreement
(Ukraine Higher Education Project) between Ukraine and the European Investment
Bank”.
- Bill No.1043 –
draft Law of Ukraine “On amendments to the Rules of
Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as to opposing abuses of parliamentarians’ rights in the legislative
