  • First reading

1.     Bill No.2419 “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding improving the structure of public customs and tax management policies”.

2.     Bill No.2432 “On amendments to certain legislative acts regarding further measures for resumption of work of the Public Stock-company “Chornomornaftogaz”.

3.     Bill No.2284 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding a simpler raising investments and introducing   new financial instruments” (including the draft bill No.2284-1 as the alternate).

4.     Bill No.1220 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the notary system’ (regarding the elimination of legislative conflicts and loopholes)”.

5.     Bill No.1111 “On financial leasing”.

6.     Bill No.1182 “On inland water transport” (including the draft bills Nos.1182-1, 1182-2 as the alternates).

7.   Bill No.0979 “On temporary investigating commissions and temporary special commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”.

 

  • Second reading

8.  Bill No.2237 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine to reconcile them with the Law of Ukraine ‘On amendments to Article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine regarding parliamentary immunity of Ukrainian parliamentarians”.

9.  Bill No.2317 “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts of Ukraine (regarding better excise-tax administration)”.

10.Bill No.2299 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding refinements of educational activities in the field of higher education”.

11.Bill No.0887 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (regarding the introduction of a unified register of persons convicted of committing crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of minors and strengthening liability for crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of minors).

12. Resolutions on VRU’s cost estimate for 2019, on establishing a VRU temporary investigating commission to probe into a treaty between Ukraine’s finance ministry and the Ad Hoc Creditors’ Committee for restructuring sovereign debts in 2015.
