The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov opened Wednesday’s plenary session.
The morning section
The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports and proposals.
After the speeches, the Verkhovna Rada carried the agenda of the current meeting.
The current agenda:
1.Bill No.2178 (including the bills Nos.2178-1, 2178-2, 2178-3, 2178-4, 2178-5, 2178-6, 2178-7, 2178-8, 2178-9, 2178-10 as the alternates) “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding agricultural land circulation”.
2.Bill No.2194 “On amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding improving the land-use deregulation and management system”.
3.Bill No.2195 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding selling plots of public and communal land or the rights therein (lease, superficies, emphyteusis) by means of electronic auctions”.
4.It is also planned to consider a set of draft laws concerning improving tax administration, rendering legal aid and the judicial system.
5.Bill No.0855 “On amendments to Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On use of defence lands’ regarding the rise in land-use efficiency of parcels allotted”.
6.Bill No.0942 “On development and state support to small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine”.
7.Bill No.0897 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine that regulate relations in obtaining approval documents”.
8.Bill No.2078 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On some issues of registering and importing vehicles into Ukraine’s customs territory” (including the bill No.2078-1 as the alternate) – afoot to enter the agenda.
9.A set of staffing resolutions.
MPs then proceeded to the business of the day.

--Draft bill No.2178-10
After a bitter debate, MPs have considered the bill No.2178-10, drafted by the line committee of the parliament. 240 members of the Verkhovna Rada supported the bill on the first reading.
