The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports and proposals.
After the speeches, members of parliament proceeded with the business of the day.

On sacking of TV-Radio officials
--Draft resolutionl No.2344
MPs have considered the draft resolution No.2344 “On dismissal of members of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine”. The bill offers to oust the following officials from the office - Olha Herasymiuk, Oleksandr Iliashenko, and Oleh Chernysh - due to the expiry of their five-year tenure. The resolution shall come into force upon its adoption. This decision was supported by 313 members of parliament.
On explosions at ammunition dumps
--Draft resolution No.2312
The parliament has seen into the draft resolution No.2312 “On establishment of a Verkhovna Rada temporary commission of inquiry to investigate the conflagrations (detonations) at the ammunition parks in Ichnia (the Chernihiv oblast), Kalynivka (the Vinnytsia oblast), Balakliia (the Kharkiv oblast), Svatove (the Luhansk oblast), Kryvyi Rih (the Dnipropetrovsk oblast) during the period of 2014-2018”. By 339 ayes, there was confirmed the first and the second readings of the paper.
On illicitly acquired assets
--Draft bill No.1031
The parliament passed the draft bill No.1031 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding confiscation of illicitly acquired assets of politically exposed persons and punishment for acquiring such assets”. The paper was backed by 259 ayes on the second reading and in tote.
On Naftogaz of Ukraine unbundling
--Draft bill No.2239-1
Parliamentarians reviewed amendments to certain laws of Ukraine in connection with the so called ‘unbundling’ of the gas transportation facilities. There was stressed the importance of adopting this bill in order to have a strong position in future talks with the Russian side.
The parliament passed on the second reading and in tote the draft bill No.2239-1 “On the Naftogaz of Ukraine unbundling”. This decision was upheld by 341 members of parliament.
On budgetary changes
--Draft bill No.2283
MPs have examined the bill No.2283 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the state budget of Ukraine for 2019”. The bill was supported on the second reading and in tote by 291 ayes.
