The morning section
The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports and proposals.
The Verkhovna Rada carried the agenda of the ongoing meeting.

Second reading
1. Bill No.1008 “On amendments to certain law of Ukraine regarding bodies of judicial governance”.
2. Bill No.0906 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding military duty and military service”.
3. Bill No.1081 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine for improving the procedure for provision of administrative services in the field of construction and establishing the Unified state electronic system for construction industry”.
4. An array of draft bills concerning functioning of the parliament and parliamentarians.
First reading
5. A number of bills on deregulation of economic activities, amendments to the tax code regarding improving tax administration and polishing the tax law, harsher punishment for buying knowingly unsound medicines.
6. Bill No.0001 “On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of United States of America and the Government of Ukraine to improve international tax compliance and to implement FATCA”, and two tributary bills on legislative amendments resulting from the above ratification.

On bodies of judicial governance
--Draft bill No.1008
“On amendments to certain law of Ukraine regarding bodies of judicial governance” – in its second reading. This bill triggers Ukraine’s judicial reform through amending, in particular, the procedure for formation and operation of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine. The bill is proposed to be approved on the second reading and in tote. The second reading of the bill was confirmed by 236 ayes.
On changes to current agenda
--Draft resolution No.2265
Inclusion of the paper in the agenda was backed by 239 votes in favour. The document is about participating of a permanent parliamentary representative in constitutional proceedings.
On appointment of Sovhyria O.V.
--Draft resolution No.2266
The resolution is meant to appoint a member of parliament Sovhyria O.V. as a permanent representative of the Verkhovna Rada at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The paper was backed by 244 parliamentarians.
No coin for absentees
--Draft bill No.1035-2
“On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding loss of Ukrainian parliamentarians’ right to financial support for unexcused absence at plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or sittings of the Verkhovna Rada committees”. The parliament took the second reading of the bill by 265 votes in favour.
