The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov opened Tuesday’s plenary session.
The morning section
Parliamentarians paid a minute's silence to commemorate the fallen defenders of Ukraine.
The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports and proposals.
The Verkhovna Rada carried the agenda of the ongoing meeting.

Second reading
1. Bill No.1008 “On amendments to certain law of Ukraine regarding bodies of judicial governance”.
2. Bill No.0906 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding military duty and military service”.
3. An array of draft bills concerning functioning of the parliament and parliamentarians.
First reading
4. A number of bills on deregulation of economic activities and amendments to the tax code regarding improving tax administration and polishing the tax law.

On bodies of judicial governance
--Draft bill No.1008
“On amendments to certain law of Ukraine regarding bodies of judicial governance” – in its second reading.
This bill triggers Ukraine’s judicial reform through amending, in particular, the procedure for formation and operation of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The bill is proposed to be approved on the second reading and in tote.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of
Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk announced Oleksandr Kopylenko’s (MP) joining the
Servant of the People party parliamentary faction. The Verkhovna
Rada Chairman D.Razumkov closed the morning section of the plenary meeting.
