The Bill (Reg. No.3346) specifies the procedure of conferring titles of honour. Thus, it establishes the regulation, pursuant to which, employed claimants upon the titles of honour of Ukraine must have at least a 10-year record of labour in a corresponding economic or socio-cultural field, and non-employed claimants at least 20 years for women and 25 for men.
