The Bill (Reg. No.2531) introduces amendments to Articles 204, 205, 206, 206-1 of the effective Code in order to increase the lower limit of penalties due to Articles 204, 205, 206, 206-1, without considerable raise of the upper limit of responsibility for the violations envisaged by the said articles.
Thus, violation of the order of employment, enrollment for studies, rendering of housing, registration, issue of residence permit or termination of registration of foreigners and persons without citizenship and registration of documents for them are punished by the penalty in the amount of 100-200 non-taxable living wages, i.e.1700-3400 UAH.
