The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Mykola Tomenko has taken Part in the Mykhailo Starytskiy Award Presentation

The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Mykola Tomenko has taken Part in the Mykhailo Starytskiy Award Presentation.

 

The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has visited Mykhailo Starytskyi museum today and took part in presentation of the literary and artistic awards in honor of famous writer and playwright.

 

M. Starytskyi was born on the 14th of December 1840 in Klishchyntsi village of Chornobai district of Cherkasy Region. On this reason the cultural delegation was invited.

 

Presenting awards, Mykola Tomenko stressed the importance of our prominent writer in the development of Ukrainian literature and playwright.

 

M. Tomenko presented music equipment and discs with radio plays of the eminent playwright to the Starytskiy museum.
