Opening the session, the speaker of the parliament Andriy Parubiy informed those in attendance about the agenda of this plenary week

In particular, he reminded that the parliament has not yet finalized the discussion of the draft laws "On agricultural cooperation" (No. 6527, 6527-1 and 6527-d). This plenary week will begin with consideration of the bill.

According to A.Parubiy, last week there were included in the agenda the bills “On strengthening the responsibility for groundless refusal of preferential transportation of certain categories of citizens" and "On strengthening the responsibility for misuse of safety belts or motocycle crash helmets". He hoped those bills would be considered on Tuesday.

There will also be reviewed the Law of Ukraine (bill No.1098) "On temporary committees of inquiry and temporary special (ad hoc) committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".

On Thursday, it is also planned to consider a set of laws very important for cooperation with the European Union. Then the draft Election Code of Ukraine (bill No.3112-1) will be examined.

Heads of factions and groups delivered their speeches at the meeting.

The Chairman then gave the floor to parliamentarians.
