The body commends the parliament to take the 2nd reading of the draft electoral code. At its 29 May sitting, there was noted that the bill No.3112-1 gathered 4,694 amendments. The draft code offers to hold elections of delegates via a proportional system based on electoral rolls of candidates from political parties. At the same time, it is proposed to apply an electoral system that allows of personalization of voting ("open" lists of candidates).

The committee reviewed the premier’s resignation letter on May 29. The parliament is legally empowered to accept such resignations. Once accepted, this decision brings resignation of the government in pleno in its wake.
After having seen the paper, the committeemen adopted the decision to recommend the parliament to get through the resignation issue via casting a vote at the chamber.
Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship
The body counselled to accept the 2nd reading of the draft law No.10183 on adaptation of domestic law to EU law as concerns its technical regulation.
Once accepted, the bill will allow of reconciliation between some acts of law, harmonization of domestic and European legislation governing the tech regulation aspect, creating cleared conditions for further un-trammeling in trading manufactures between Ukraine and the EU, creating cleared conditions for recognizing the national system of conformity assessment internationally, and having a positive influence over deregulation, thus improving the business climate in the country.
