The Bill (Reg. No.2329) is aimed at further improvement of State regulation in the field of institution of administrative proceedings against the violators of financial discipline; enhancement of legislation in the field of banking, use of public and municipal property, and administration of objects in public ownership.
The Bill specifies the types of infringements of the legislation on budgetary system of Ukraine. The rate of penalties for such infringements depends on the social danger of their committal.
The People´s Deputies believe that adoption of the Bill will enhance financial and budgetary discipline, promote effective and economical use of public resources, secure enhanced liability for misapplication and illegitimate use of budget funds, violation of legislation on financial issues.
