There are two bodies in focus of our committee scan today:
Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government
The сommittee supports the changes in the administrative and territorial structure of the Donetsk region (oblast), as well as the change and establishment of the boundaries of the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk oblast of Ukraine.
The bill No.7249 is meant to change the subordination of the urban settlement Krasna Gora of the Bakhmut municipal administration (Donetsk oblast) to the Soledar municipal administration of the Bahmut district united territorial community, and to change the boundaries of the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk oblast. Inasmuch as the parliament is not entitled by the Ukrainian constitution to change any urban settlement subordination, the bill is said to be adopted with the appropriate committee’s alterations.

Participants of the round table initiated a roadmap for implementation of the law of Ukraine on cinematography in terms of compliance with quotas for national films. The event was held in conjunction with the Ukrainian State Film Agency.
Representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the film industry, the expert community and the public were invited to participate. They all discussed a number of pressing issues for cinemas in sticking to the quotas, including shortage of films, a poor network of regional cinemas and lack of an effective system of control.
Сonsequently, it was suggested that the Roadmap-2022 be drawn up with a plan of action on the cinema law for compliance with the national film quotas.
