…planishes to have a series of hearings, seminars, roundtables and other kinds of events during the 7th plenary session.
This year December is scheduled to conduct parliamentary hearings on “State of Affairs in Information Security of Ukraine”. The October will then bring next hearings on “Urgent Questions in Provision and Harmonization of State, Parliamentary and Civil Control over Access to Public Information”.
There will also be:
- a roundtable on “Discussions over Audiovisual Media Services”,
- an annual IGF-UA forum on Ukrainian Internet administration and pressing legal points in e-freedom of thought and speech,
- a joint roundtable with Shevchenko Institute of Literature on “Ukrainian Language in Media: Stylistics. Orthoepy. Lexis”,
- an international conference on “Legal & Institutional Governance over Prevention and Investigation of Ill-Doings Against Pressmen Security: How to Approach the European Standards”,
- a roundtable on “Digital Broadcasting in Ukraine: Legal and Institutional Support for the Transfer”,
- a theoretical and practical conference on “Legal Control Harmonization in Open Use of Public Funds: the Pressing Issues”,
- an international theoretical and practical conference on “Informational Society of Ukraine: How to Stiffen Media Liberties”,
- an international theoretical and practical workshop “Legal Solutions for European Standards in Access to Public Information: the Today’s Challenges”,
- an international conference on “RadioUA” (the priorities of radiobroadcasting development in Ukraine).
