Bill No.5592-d on easier doing business and investments attraction by issuers has been adopted on the first reading.
The draft bill is aimed to rectify order of issue of securities, disclosure of information on a stock market, corporate management in joint-stock companies; to create a multilateral trade system to disseminate information on demand and supply for financial instruments; to regulate provision of information services on a stock market.
