Draft bill No.5598 on energy efficiency fund has been adopted.

The law now provides for establishment of the fund aimed to support initiatives on energy efficiency, introduction of instruments for promoting and backing   measures to step up energy efficiency of buildings and energy saving in housing sector etc.     

Draft bill No.6382 on ferrous scrap duties has been adopted.

The newly amended law altering the law of Ukraine on reducing ferrous scrap deficit in the home market triples the export duty term set for goods under clause 1 of the Ukrainian law on export duty for waste and ferrous scrap at EUR 30 per ton.

Draft bill No.5650 on one-off financial aid has been adopted.

The new draft bill with amendments to the law of Ukraine on the national police allows to disburse a one-off financial aid to policemen injured within their tour of duty, or to those lost their working ability in the wake of disease related to police’s active service.

Draft bill No.5624 on environmental requirements to vehicles has been adopted.

The law runs that January 1, 2020 will ‘bar the road’ to Ukraine’s customs territory for the vast majority of vehicles - both brand new or used, home- or foreign-produced – unless they meet Euro 6 standards, with the exception of those home-produced or imported before December 31, 2019 inclusive.
