The committee promotes bill No.6044, which betters our law on customs tariff by improving cost-effectiveness and competitiveness of the home stockbreeding. The draft bill sets a zero import duty on pedigree (purebred) goats to improve cost-effectiveness and competitiveness of the home stockbreeding.
June 1: The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative opens
On June 1 at 15:10 the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative is opening to be attended by the parliamentarians-members of the Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction and Johannes Hahn, EU Commissioner for Regional Policy. The initiative is co-funded and implemented by DANIDA, Denmark.

…held the presentation of Taras Kuzo’s book ‘Putin’s War against Ukraine’ attended by the Committee’s head Hanna Hopko. H.Hopko made special reference to the great research contribution of Kuzo, highlighting to the West the whole range of problems and challenges Ukraine had faced under the Russia’s military aggression.
The author told of the ever-growing scientific interest to Ukraine generated by the Revolution of Dignity. He also stressed the book looked into the time history of the Ukraine-Russia conflict, the Putin factor’s impact upon the separatism uprising etc. Kuzo laid particular stress on his idea that the armed clash had speeded up shaping of the Ukrainian national identity. Ukraine too was said to have no nationalism and anti-Semitism despite the Russia’s propaganda; and the far rights to have a much weaker power as in the West. The author also expressed the view that the language issue was not the core of the conflict.
