Alterations to foreign investments attraction regime have been empowered by bill No.4541.
The new laws kill obligatory registration of foreign investments for its formal informing with the aim of governmental statistics only; regulate a legal basis for execution of work permits and temporary residence permits for foreigners; entitle to get temporary residence permits by foreign investors with sizeable shares in Ukrainian business.
The law on environmental impact assessment has been approved with the President’s proposals under bill No.2009a-d.
The rule sets legal and operational arrangements for environmental impact assessment, aiming at prevention of ecological damage, environmental protection, rational management and restoration of natural resources etc. with state, public and private interests taken into account.

Bill No.6106 harmonizes Ukrainian and European legislation regarding application and execution of strategic environmental assessment.
Bill No.6435 rules the financing system of radioactive waste management with public interests to be taken into consideration.
Bill No.2232a allows private farmers to deliver green tourism services pursuant to their categorization. As per the law executive and local authorities are intended to promote the farmers in retraining and organizing of the green tourism facilities.
The Parliament has adopted bill No.4480 protecting primeval forests of the Carpathian Mountains and providing a stable development of the wildwoods according to the framework convention on the Carpathians protection and development.
The parliamentary decision accepted under No. 5688 eliminates the committee on affairs of former partisans of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945.
Some more decisions on human settlements renaming has been taken under No.5188, 6204, 6358.
