Law amending bill on potable water and water supplies adopted
Bill No.4582 determines general requirements for urban wastewaters to be discharged through organized sewage systems of human settlements.
Parliament balances state-owned “Chornomornaftogaz” in view of temporary occupation of Ukraine
Adopted bill No.5370 suspends all actions, claims and pleas against “Chornomornaftogaz” until full restoration of constitutional order in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Alterations to Ukrainian army regulations
Parliament, by adopting of bill No.3728, changes the army rules guiding an off-base medical treatment of servicemen (beyond of a military unit disposition).
Changes in Ukrainian law of military service
Bill No.2985 widens the list of warning system agents responsible for notification of conscript servicemen and persons liable for military service, urging to attend a military commissariat; and for their timely appearance thereat etc.
Some laws on print media by Ministry of Defence within ATO’s run modified
Adoption of bill No.5008 will ease establishing of print media outlets by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, allowing to ensure a higher level of informational policy during the anti-terrorist operation (ATO).
Contraband criminalization amendments to Ukrainian Criminal Code adopted
By bill No.3254-d Parliament makes it punishable to smuggle cultural properties, poisonous, potent, hazardous etc. agents, radioactive material, arms or ammunition, parts of rifled firearms, as well as covert surveillance equipment. The penalty may vary from 3 to 7 years of imprisonment.
