The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a basis and in its entirety the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding establishment of liability for violation of corn declaring procedure.
The Bill (Reg. No. 2152) authorizes public bodies in charge of control over State corn resources to inflict administrative liability on the infringers of effective legislation, especially on the economic entities that preserve corn and are to declare it.
The Bill will contribute to efficient and effective activity concerning corn declaring and will grant a possibility to receive complete and reliable information concerning corn resources in Ukraine.
