The Bill (Reg. No.1453) raises the rate of aid for children under custody or care to the amount of two living wages.
The Committee members emphasized that introduction of the said regulation will require extra outlays from the State Budget of Ukraine, which will be partially paid off by reallocation of funds envisaged for child´s upkeep in relevant institutions, foster homes, family type orphanages.
