The Draft Resolution (Reg. No.1406) recommends that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine develops and ratifies a plan of events concerning preparation, holding and financial provision of the said celebration.
Volodymyr Polokhalo, the Committee Chairman, stated that "celebration of the 90th anniversary of birth of V.O.Sukhomlynsky should be grand and public, since the contribution of this outstanding Ukrainian teacher and humanist into Ukrainian and world pedagogical science and education was immense".
