The Bill (Reg. No.1312), submitted by the President of Ukraine, enhances the procedure of formation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine due to the requirements of Articles 83, 106, 114 of the Constitution of Ukraine. Inter alia, it secures implementation of constitutional regulations as regards the process, when the President of Ukraine submits an appeal on appointment of the Prime-Minister of Ukraine to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Bill also regulates the case when a candidate for the post of the Prime-Minister of Ukraine presents an Action Plan of future Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Bill defines the principles of enhancement of the executive bodies´ organization system, and improves the mechanism of cooperation between the ministries, central executive bodies with their local bodies, and local State administrations.
In case the said Law comes into force, the effective Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" will be declared invalid.
