The Agreement exempts foreign consulting companies, institutions, non-governmental organizations, other individuals and legal entities that participate in projects on international technical assistance to Ukraine from taxes, duties and other compulsory payments.
Ratification of the said Agreement will establish general rules for attraction of international technical assistance, and will render a possibility to implement Swedish technical assistance projects aimed at realization of programs of Ukraine´s social and economic development.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No.003) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on13.03.2008.
