Number of citizens' addresses to Verkhovna Rada leadership rising

Over the first nine months of 2016, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received 61,600 proposals, statements and claims from Ukrainian citizens, Citizen Resort Department of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine told the Information Department of the Ukrainian Parliament.

Over the nine months, the leadership of the Ukrainian Parliament was addressed by 1,600 persons, of whom 631 persons addressed the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. These numbers were 500 and 115 persons more year over year.

In the first nine months of 2016, about 63,000 questions were raised within the resorts of citizens.
