The bill No. 5131 offers to finance sanatoriums for people diagnosed with tuberculosis as well as children sanatoriums from budgets of cities of regional subordinance and district budgets.
Besides, it offers to finance privileges for disabled children, large families, orphanages and adoptive families from local budgets.
The Committee members did not support the said legislative initiative as according to them the implementation of the bill will entail improper financing of the sanatoriums and create conditions for corruption.
