The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine requests the parliaments of foreign states, parliamentary assemblies and international organizations to abstain from the participation in observing the course of illegal Russia's parliamentary election in Crimea and also calls not to acknowledge results of that election under any circumstances.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:

- warns against participation of foreigners in observing the illegal election in the territory of the Russia-annexed Crimea and violation of the rules of entrance to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, which shall entail criminal responsibility;

- requests foreign parliaments, parliamentary assemblies and international organizations to publish official statements on illegitimacy of acknowledgement of results of election to the State Duma (the Parliament) of the Russian Federation due to their conduction in the territory of temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea;

- requests authoritative international organizations to do their best to avoid inclusion of Russian MPs elected in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea to Russian parliamentary delegations to the Parliamentary Assemblies of the Council of Europe, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation;

- considers that only sequential condemnation of the Russia's aggression against Ukraine by foreign states and international organizations and further condemnation and non-acknowledgement of the Crimea's annexation will allow restoring sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of our state within the internationally acknowledged borders.

A total of 269 members of the Ukrainian Parliament supported respective Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada No. 5075.
