At the Thursday plenary meeting, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii signed the draft law No. 3251 "On amendments to Sub-Chapter 5 of Chapter XX 'Transitional provisions' of the Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to stimulation of development of pre-owned vehicles market).
In compliance with the Verkhovna Rada Regulations, the Law was submitted for signature of President Petro Poroshenko.
The document envisions a decrease of the export duty for importation of pre-owned passenger cars until 2019.
The terms of the law touch only the vehicles manufactured not earlier than in 2010 and meeting the Euro-5 standards.
