Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii has called seven draft laws required for further cooperation with the International Monetary Fund the most important this plenary week. He said that a part of those draft laws would be considered on Tuesday and the rest - on Thursday.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada said: "It is extremely important to adopt these draft laws before July."

He said that other important draft laws will touch, in particular, the defense sector. This plenary week, the Verkhovna Rada's plenary meetings will take place at the same time with the meetings of the Ukraine-NATO interparliamentary council.

"Ukraine has obliged to bring its army in line with the NATO standards before 2020. Thus, the draft laws touching our security and defense are also considered to be very important," he said.
