The draft law proposes to specify the meaning of the term "state social guarantees" and also amend the names and lists of social standards and normative standards in specific areas of application, as follows: housing and communal services, transport services and communications, healthcare, providing with educational institutions, cultural institutions and services rendered by of physical culture and sports institutions.
In view of consideration, Committee recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the draft law as a basis.
People's deputies also discussed the draft law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the procedure of personal reception of certain categories of persons», №4599.
The draft proposes to establish the right of priority of personal reception by heads and other officials of state bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations for citizens with special merits to the country and special labor merits before the Motherland.
The proposed changes are expected to acknowledge to be repealed the part
1 of an article 10 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
"On the privileges for Heroes of the Soviet Union and full holders of
the Order of Glory", according to which such persons used this right.
The Committee decided to recommend the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the draft law as a basis.
