Budget Committee recommends to Verkhovna Rada to acknowledge report on implementation of the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2015"

According to the report, in 2015 the state budget executed by income in the amount of 534.694,8 million UAH, expenditures - 576.911,4 million UAH, in terms of loan repayment - 4.297,1 million UAH and by the volume of credit - 7,248 million UAH, with a deficit amounting to 45.167,5 million UAH.

Governing by the sixth part of article 161 of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, according to the study report and submitted to it documents with consideration of  conclusions and other materials of the Accounting Chamber on the results of  the public external control (audit), the Committee on Budget developed draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada  “On the report on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On State budget of Ukraine for 2015", where it is proposed to the Verkhovna Rada to acknowledge the  report and commission the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to improve the management of budget funds to account in the implementation of the budget in 2016 and at the forming draft budget of 2017, including consideration of the relevant findings and proposals of the Accounting Chamber.

Upon consideration of the matter, the Committee June 1, 2016 decided: to recommend the Verkhovna Rada a report of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the implementation of the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2015" to acknowledge and give appropriate instructions to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to improve budget funds management according to draft decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, prepared by people’s deputies of Ukraine - members of the budget Committee (registered under №4313-D).
